We have been attending Mainly Music for over 2 years now and it still remains our
favourite activity of the week. Phil and the team are enthusiastic, energetic and
share their love of music.
It’s a brilliant, interactive morning starting with structured singing and dancing with
props and instruments followed by morning tea together and then free play with an
abundance of toys chosen for babies up to pre-schoolers.
We all love music and leave with smiles on our faces – such a fun-filled morning.

What an awesome program this is! The sessions are a mix of fun songs and music
combined with education and socialising. It’s very interactive for all age groups.
Phil and his amazing helpers present a kind and caring environment each session.
Everyone is made to feel extremely welcome. If you’re not doing Mainly Music with
Phil at Waurn Ponds, then you should be!

Having an easily accessible, engaging and welcoming group to thoroughly entertain
the children (and me!) from the tough early times, was personally such a relief
mentally. Raising twins is financially harder, so the low cost makes my heart burst
with gratitude to know my children are not missing out on social interaction (like
they do with so many other activities).
To know there’s eyes and ears to look out for each other while we chat afterwards is
heartwarming. The facilities are extremely clean, the morning tea is magnificent and
most importantly, the volunteers and hosts are excellent and very under-appreciated.

Mainly Music is a fantastic program for the whole family! We really enjoy coming
every week during the school term as the leaders are so welcoming and inviting. The
songs are perfect for pre-schoolers to learn and to continue to sing at home!
The healthy snack and toy playtime are added bonuses too. We would highly
recommend Mainly Music to others.
